Journal hosting Easter coloring contest for kids

The colors of spring are filling the flower beds and byways of Cass County. With Easter upon us, the Citizens Journal has partnered with Cass County Bank in an effort to display some of the colors of the season.
“We are happy to offer our first-ever Easter coloring contest,” said Journal publisher Austin Lewter. “We are thrilled to get our kids involved and be able to showcase some of their artwork.”
Lewter said a Easter-themed coloring contest sheet is included on page 12 of this issue of the Citizens Journal.
“We are inviting kids from Cass County to cut the sheet out and color it as creatively as possible.  After that, submissions should be delivered to Cass County Bank at 401 Hwy. 59 in Queen City. Our friends there will display the artwork in their lobby throughout the Easter season,” Lewter said.
