Local woman’s club lends a hand

Over Labor Day weekend, Wesley House activities director Kathy Easley fell and broke her wrist. Since she was unable to work for the month of September, the Atlanta Woman’s Club stepped in to assist with planned activities for the residents.

Some of the activities provided were a “back to school” program, Grandparents Day, an ice cream social and a “Tate of Fall.” Since the Wesley House residents enjoy displaying seasonal wreaths on each of their doors, wreath making was a popular activity to commemorate the fall.
