Cass County Sheriff Larry Rowe, presented the program at the Atlanta Lions Club meeting Sept. 18. The sheriff said since he’s taken office the first of the year, his department has made over 6,700 calls, an average of 28 a day, and said he’s proud to say his deputies have cut the response time down to around 15 minutes. He added the construction of a new Cass County Jail is one of his goals.
