Queen City captures first playoff berth since ’01

The Queen City Bulldogs were at home this past Friday to take on the Redwater Dragons in what would prove to be the most important game in recent history for QC.  
It was a simple concept for the ’Dawgs - win and you’re in.  
With a Mt. District 16-2A Co-Champions

Queen City’s varsity volleyball team wouldn’t settle for second place this season and battled their way into a co-district championship. Rabbs fall to Leopards in waning seconds of the game

Atlanta met up with district rival Liberty-Eylau last Friday evening and it was a barnburner.

Atlanta Preview: Pittsburg

Atlanta locked up a playoff spot after commanding wins over North Lamar and Pleasant Grove, but beating Pittsburg this Friday will seal up a third place finish for the Rabbs.

QC falls to Daingerfield, playoff hopes still alive

Queen City lost a hard fought battle to league leader Daingerfield 35-6 last Friday night, but can still seal the fourth spot in district with a win over Redwater this upcoming Friday, Nov. 8.

Linden-Kildare Tigers fall to Paul Pewitt 40-7

The Linden-Kildare Tigers were at home this past Friday to take on the Paul Pewitt Brahmas in district action.  
Pewitt was dominant on offense, scoring on nearly every possession and cruised to a 40-7 victory over the Tigers.  
The game started with L-K on offense and the Tigers were forced to punt after going three-and-out on their first drive of the game.

L-K tops Hornets for third place
