Following a brief executive session, the Atlanta City Council voted in favor of a recommendation for extension of the User Loan Agreement, Promissory Note and User Lease Agreement between the Atlanta Economic Development Corp. (AEDC) and Fibrtec, Inc. during the regular city council meeting Monday night, Feb. 1.
