QCHS held a Pie in the Face fundraiser benefitting the Susan G. Komen Foundation Race for the Cure back in October.
The information just came back as the school was able to connect with the Representative from Race for the Cure to award her the check for the funds they raised and get a photo.
The amount of $193 was raised by the Pie in the Face contest.
Volunteers and recipients of the strawberry pudding with cool whip pies were Coach Justin Burk (QCHS Athletic Director), Mr. Billy Vess (QCHS Band Director), Coach Tommy Kimble (MUMS Coach), and Mrs. Kim Madlock (MUMS Band Director). Students purchased tickets during their lunch for a chance to be the lucky winner and award one of the volunteers with a Pie in the Face.
