Commissioners discuss unresolved courthouse issues

Cass County commissioners met June 24 in executive session to discuss unresolved construction issues concerning the restored Cass County Courthouse. After the hour-long meeting, commissioners adjourned. 
Cass County Attorney Robert Davis of Flowers-Davis, P.L.L.C., in Tyler, Texas, said they are negotiating with the surety company RLI and more meetings will be held to discuss the unresolved issues.
