Country Living Reporter: Remembering days of picking cotton

 The Linden Post Office has a painting of people picking cotton. This was the method used years ago. Thank goodness for mechanical cotton pickers. I’ve been told by people who have worked picking cotton, that they could look at that picture and their back would start hurting.
