FBI makes arrest in NB Ricin Case

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has confirmed that Shannon Guess, of New Boston, has been arrested and charged in connection with the ricin-laced letters sent to President Barack Obama and New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg late last month.
In their official statement, the FBI said, “A 35-year-old New Boston, Texas woman has been arrested for a federal violation in the Eastern District of Texas, announced U.S. Attorney John M.
