Homerzelle Markos, 84, of Queen City, went to be with the Lord Thursday, March 14, 2013, in a local nursing home.

Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 15, at Hanner Funeral Service.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, March 16, at Laws Chapel United Methodist Church with Rev. John Wilkey officiating. Interment will follow at 3 p.m. at Old Oakwood Cemetery in Jefferson under the direction of Hanner Funeral Service.
