Atlanta resident confronts commissioners

Cass County Commissioners were asked to think outside the box during one of two public hearings held on the proposed tax rate increase and proposed budget for 2014-2015 fiscal year. The hearings, which allow for public comment, were held on Sept. 3 and 8 at the Cass County Law Enforcement and Justice Center Building.
One person spoke at the hearing held Sept. 3. Atlanta resident F. Jane Kennedy addressed the court.
