Residents sought to visit state capitol for Cass County Days

Two local ladies are working together in hopes of forming Cass County Days, a time when Cass County residents will travel to Austin and meet legislators and tour the state capitol.
Miranda Johnson of the Atlanta Area Chamber of Commerce and Becky Wilbanks, Cass County judge-elect, are meeting with different entities including cities and schools in the county to promote interest in the event. “The ones we have spoken to are supportive of it,” Johnson said.
