L-K’s Shardai Love looks to jump into history books

Linden-Kildare senior Shardai Love will be competing at the state track and field meet for the second year in a row.
Shardai is looking to break through in the triple jump and solidify a spot on the medal podium in front of thousands of people at Mike A. Myers Stadium on the University of Texas campus in Austin this weekend.
Before the school year began L-K Athletic Director Todd Elliott asked retired coach Shekita Martin if she would help coach the jumpers in track and she gladly acquiesced.
