TxDOT offers scholarship for Texas high school students

AUSTIN - Keep Texas Beautiful and the Texas Department of Transportation’s (TxDOT) Don’t mess with Texas program are encouraging high school students across the state to share their litter prevention accomplishments.
In an effort to promote positive litter habits among young Texans, the organizations partnered to announce the 11th annual Don’t mess with Texas Scholarship contest.
