D.A.R.E. graduates learn to make positive choices

Linden-Kildare Elementary School held a D.A.R.E. graduation on Dec. 17 for more than 50 students. D.A.R.E. is a program for fifth grade students. 
Over a course of 10 weeks a police officer trained to teach the D.A.R.E. program came into the classroom once a week to teach the curriculum. Chief Randy Kennedy from Hughes Springs is the local D.A.R.E. officer for this area.
