With flu activity on the rise across the state, doctors are urging Texans to protect themselves by getting vaccinated.
Chris Van Deusen, press officer for the Texas Department of State Health Services, says the primary strain doctors are seeing now is the H1N1, which emerged in 2009 and hit adults and school-aged children especially hard. Read more in our e-edition:
