Inmate found dead at county jail

A Cass County inmate was found dead from an apparent hanging the day after Christmas.
The man’s body was found in the showers at the Cass County Jail, according to Cass County Sheriff Larry Rowe. The inmate was identified as Bobby Zackary Clements, 38.
