40th Annual Cullen Baker Country Fair

Since 1974 the Cullen Baker Fair has raised funds for the local volunteer fire department. Prior to that time there were no fire department services available to far east Cass County, Texas and adjoining Miller County, Arkansas residents. Both have grown significantly from its very small beginnings. Cullen Baker Country Fair is staffed totally by volunteers and it continues to support the Bloomburg Volunteer Fire Department.
