Moonlight Madness combines with Hoot N’ Holler Festival

The Atlanta Area Chamber of Commerce has decided to hold two big events on the date. The Hoot N’ Holler Festival and Midnight Madness are both slated for Sept. 7.
The annual Moonlight Madness event normally takes place on a different night. The local chamber provides entertainment in downtown Atlanta and businesses take advantage of the crowds by staying open late for sales.
