Local district gets money-minded

This is Brian Stroman’s first year as superintendent at Bloomurg Independent School District (ISD). Possibly the youngest superintendent in the region, Stroman, 36, looks forward to many good years at Bloomburg ISD and hopes to see his district’s staff and students become the best they can be. 
One of the many things he intends to become known for is how he takes care of his employees. One of the ways he intends to do that is to offer employees at his district the tools they need to be financially sound.
