Early voting for city council positions

Early voting for Linden City Council positions and the mayor’s position will begin April 24 at the Cass County Voting Building, 227 E. Rush. 
Early voting hours from April 24-28 are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 
On May 1-2, extended voting hours will be available, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Election Day, May 6, will be the last day to cast your vote. The polls will open at 7 a.m. and close at 7 p.m.
Ruth Halleck, Mike Berry and Frank Lanier will be on the ballot for city council. Halleck and Berry are running as incumbents.
There are only two city council seats open and the two candidates who receive the most votes will be seated on the council.
Clarence Burns is running unopposed for mayor.
