McLeod XC programs post first place district finishes

McLeod’s cross country program continued its dominance as they posted amazing times and finishes at the district meet last week.
The varsity boys’ Top 10 finishers were: Zach Mauldin (first place, 17:39); Ronald Bushong (third place, 18:25); Zach Prince (fourth place, 18:53); J. McGray (seventh place, 19:16) and Ryan Anderson (eighth place, 19:18).
The varsity girls’ Top 10 finishers were: Caitlin Hall (second place, 12:31); Makayla Fielder (fourth place, 13:07); Faith Crocker (fifth place, 14:00); Jilian Ellis (sixth place, 14:04); Tessa Glenn (eight place, 14:33) and Brook Jester (10th place, 15:04).
The junior high boys’ Top 10 finishers were: C. Burden (first place, 11:50); N. Gryder (second place, 12:06); M. Teer (third place, 12:12); C. Smith (fourth place, 12:17); A. Gilmore (fifth place, 12:39); R. Mason (sixth place, 12:44); A. Irwin (seventh place, 12:51); J. Garsee (eighth place, 12:51) and B. Parker (10th place, 13:08).
The junior high girls’ Top 10 finishers were: A. Hall (first place, 13:26); C. May (fourth place, 14:04); V. Mason (fifth place, 14:33); E. Burton (sixth place, 14:45); K. Cross (seventh place, 14:55); J. Parker (eighth place, 15:07); A. McKinney (ninth place, 15:18) and P. Rhynne (10th place, 15:30).
