L-K Football Camp Punt, Pass, Kick Winners

Linden-Kildare’s coaching staff held their 2016 Youth Football Camp on July 20-21. 
On day one the instructors coached incoming seventh-ninth athletes, and on day two they coached incoming third-sixth grade athletes.
The younger group participated in a punt, kick and pass contest. 
The winners for the third/fourth grade are as follows:  Punt - Evan Mitchell.  Pass - Evan Mitchell.  Kick - Cooper Berry.  
Fifth/sixth grade winners were: Punt - Landry Rogers.  Pass - Ruston Hargett.  Kick - Landry Rogers.  
Head football coach Derek Simmons had this to say about the camp.
“The camp went great. We had a good turnout, about the same number of kids both days,” Simmons said. “I think they got a lot out of it, but the main thing is they had fun. This is something we look forward to doing every year because it helps to get everyone back in the football frame of mind.”
