LINDEN-- Women who work in Linden are reminded to attend the ninth annual Working Women’s Luncheon “Sea Breezes” on Wednesday, July 20 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the First Baptist Church Linden in the fellowship hall.
The luncheon is free to all working women in the Linden area. This is a come-and-go sit down luncheon, catered by Martin Farms, honoring local working women. There will be no takeouts available. Organizers expect to have more than 150 women in attendance.
“We are so excited to be part of this event,” Bobby Horn Jr., Sun Editor said. “The women of Cass County are a driving force in our community.”
This event is sponsored by the Linden Economic Development Corporations (LEDC), Linden Chamber of Commerce, and The Cass County Sun. The celebration honors and shows appreciation to the area working women for their hard work and dedication to the businesses in the Linden area. There will be several informational booths, vendors and door prizes to register.
Each lady attending will receive a complimentary issue of The Cass County Sun. Carla's Flowers and Gifts and the Berry Patch will provide roses to all attending ladies. There will also be several goodies and surprises provided by local businesses.
