Analese Rose Cash obtains high ballet honor

Analese Rose Cash of Atlanta, auditioned and was accepted to Oklahoma City Ballet’s 2016 Summer Intensive. 
The program runs from June 6-July 15.  
Teachers for 2016 include former American Ballet Theatre Principal Dancer Xiomara Reyes, Breaking Pointe star Ronnie Underwood, Oklahoma City Ballet Principal Dancer Miki Kawamura, and Oklahoma City Ballet Artistic Director Robert Mills, among others. 
Dancers typically have classes from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. 
Classes will include Ballet, Pointe, Technique, Variations, Partnering, Repertory, Modern, Jazz, Character, Composition, Yoga, Pilates, along with enrichment seminars and rehearsals for the final performance.  
Analese studies dance at the Tammie Duncan School of Dance in Atlanta. 
She is currently beginning her 12th year there, and has danced with Ballet Arkansas and the Texarkana Community Ballet. 
The young, artistic dancer attends school in Queen City and is the daughter of Jimmy and Susie Cash.  
“This is an awesome honor to be selected to attend this intensive training,” Duncan said. “Students must have excellent training and technique to be selected during the audition.”
