Billy Joe Blalock, 53, of Queen City, died March 30, 2016, at CHRISTUS St. Michael Hospital in Texarkana.
Memorial services were at April 2, at Queen City Funeral Home. Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Queen City Funeral Home.

Funeral services were April 2, at the Lakeside Pavilion at Sparkman-Hillcrest Funeral Home in Dallas.
