Lady Tigers fall to ’Stangs, 41-32, in district play

The Linden-Kildare Lady Tigers (9-17, 1-10) started off strong, but could overcome a 36-24 fourth-quarter deficit, losing 41-32 to the Hughes Springs Lady Mustangs.
Three-pointers by Haylee Smoak and Hailey Taylor allowed L-K to keep the game close in the opening quarter, with the Mustangs holding onto a slim 2-point lead after the first eight minutes of play.
