West receives plaque

Sheriff Larry Rowe, Chief Deputy Roy Barker and Cass County Judge Charles McMichael present Pam West with a plaque for distinguished service in memory of her husband Investigator Mark West which she gave back to the department to display in the sheriff’s office. West worked for the sheriff’s office for four years but had been in law enforcement for many years.
