Problems as historic courthouse project nears completion

Commissioners held a special workshop on April 28 to discuss the final punch list for the Cass County Courthouse Restoration Project. During the discussion issues were brought up by maintenance that were not considered contractual issues.
“During the courthouse project workshop we discussed the final punch list times to ensure all contracted work will be completed,” said Precinct 3 Commissioner Paul Cothren after the meeting. “Some items mentioned during the meeting were not contractual issues. “
