$6K raised at Sunday event will help students with no permanant home

The Hearts and Hands fundraiser, created to help children in need in Atlanta ISD, raised over $6000 on Sunday, thanks to community support and involvement.
The money raised will be held in a fund by AISD to benefit children who may need clothes, food, help with water or electric bills, and any number of other items.
Atlanta ISD and its wonderful employees, Guaranty Bond Bank, Silver Spur Texas Grill, Chicken Express, Albertson Law Firm, Brookshires, Dennis Stanley, Frank Allday, Craig Hale, Price Hardware, Mike Hanner, Johnny Cullins, Fellowship Christian Church and its youth group, and each and every singer and musician truly made the event fantastic.
