Public hearings for Marvin Nichols announced

Opponents of Marvin Nichols Reservoir are ready for round three. Linda Price with Ward Timber said they have fought the proposed Marvin Nichols in court twice and won and they are ready to do the same again. They want Marvin Nichols Reservoir removed from the State Water Plan.
Andre McCoy with Rep. George Lavender’s Office said she agrees and was at Atlanta’s Shop and Stroll Event distributing information and encouraging shoppers to send letters in opposition to the proposed reservoir.
