Eddie Ray Foster, 65, of Atlanta, died Monday, March 17, 2014, in an Atlanta hospital.
Visitation was from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 20, at Hanner Funeral Service.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Friday, March 21, at the Hanner Funeral Chapel. Interment followed at Queen City Cemetery with full military rites under the direction of Hanner Funeral Service.
