The Linden Area Chamber of Commerce is excited about upcoming events that will bring the community together. They want to get the community involved in the chamber and community activities so they are inviting everyone to attend their next meeting in April.

“Linden has several new businesses and the chamber would like our members to be a part of upcoming ribbon cuttings and other fun activities we are planning this year,” said Carla Surratt, chamber president.
Three new businesses have joined the chamber and will have their grand openings soon.
The chamber is a co-sponsor with the Linden VFW Ladies Auxiliary of the Cindy Henderson Memorial Easter Celebration, a community wide Easter egg hunt at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 19 at the Linden City Park this year.
The annual Chamber of Commerce Banquet will be held in October. Also the circus is coming to town on Friday, Oct. 24 with two shows at 5 and 7 p.m.
“We would like to involve our members in these events,” said Glenn Lanier vice chairman.
