TOMMY WAYNE SULLIVAN

Tommy Wayne Sullivan, 68 of Rodessa, La., passed away Friday, Jan. 10, 2014, in Shreveport, La. He was born in Atlanta to Raymond and Nadine Sullivan on March 23, 1945. He was a member of Enon Baptist Church of Ravanna, Ark. He retired from Local 141 as a pipefitter and worked many years in the oilfield in the U.S. and overseas.
He loved his family and they were always in his thoughts. He loved playing his guitar and Willie Nelson. He lost his dog and best friend, Ripper, but will be missed by Lady Girl and Pickles.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond & Nadine Sullivan; a daughter, Dawn Sullivan; a son, Tom Sullivan; sisters, Martha Miller, Joan Sullivan and Maxine Duke; and his brother, Ricky Sullivan.
He is survived by his wife Rose Sullivan of Rodessa; stepson, Todd Clark of Ida, La.; granddaughter, Cassidy Clark of Bloomburg; his sisters, Dorothy Davis of Ida and the late Fred Davis, Sherry and Johnny Divinty of Vivian, La., Debbie and John Paul Hobbs of Vivian, Elaine and Billy Dial of Ida, Cindy Harding of Ida and Teresa and Jimmy Mitchell of Ravanna; his brothers; Donnie and Mickey Sullivan of Nacona, Ronnie and Carolyn Sullivan of Vivian, Randy and Agnes Sullivan of Vivian, Keith and Nita Sullivan of Hosston, La., and Jeff Sullivan of Ida; his sister-in-law, Lorene and Lane Eason of Atlanta; brother-in-law, James Clark of Atlanta and the late Jerri Clark; his Texas sisters, Libby and George Hague of Kilgore, Shelia and Tommy Crones of Sherman, Carolyn and Jim Toland of Sherman and Iris Guinn of Conroe, and late Jessie Guinn; and a host of nieces, nephews and many friends.
Visitation was from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 13.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. at the Enon Baptist Church in Ravanna, Tuesday, Jan. 14. Interment will follow at Enon Cemetery under the direction of Gorsulowsky Funeral Home in Vivian.
