Commissioners hold CETRZ public hearing

Cass County Commissioners held a public hearing on Dec. 31 to discuss the creation of a County Energy Transportation Reinvestment Zone.
The Texas legislature appropriated $225 million for county transportation project grants. Cass County’s grant allocation from the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is $182,726.
