Voice of Democracy winners recognized at VFW banquet

The Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6968 held their annual banquet to recognize the winners at the local level for the Voice of Democracy Scholarship Audio Essay contest. The banquet was held at the post home on Club Lake Road on Dec. 9, 2013.
