AISD bands give Christmas performances Dec. 17

The percussion section of the Atlanta Middle School Symphonic Band, directed by Kristen Thompson, executed the inventive and technically difficult “God Rest Ye Merry Mallets.”

The combined bands of Atlanta Independent School District performed admirably to a packed house Dec. 17 at the Atlanta High School Auditorium. 
Larry Breashears directed the Atlanta Middle School Beginner Band to open the show.
