Jenny Marie Dawson, 56, died Dec. 11, 2013, at CHRISTUS St. Michael Hospital in Texarkana.
She was born May 9, 1957, in Portage, Wis. She was a great mom, a wonderful person and a loving mother, grandmother and friend. She will be greatly missed.
She is preceded in death by her father Billy Denson Vaughan and one grandson Ryan Blizzard.
She is survived by her mother, Clara Ruth Miles Vaughan; three sons, Scott Blizzard and wife Kelly of Roseville, Calif., James Blizzard and wife Krystal of Bivins and Reed Blizzard of Malta; brother, Kenneth Vaughan of Maud; two sisters, Donna Moulton and husband Roger of Atlanta and Debbie Bohuslav and husband Craig of Atlanta; and five grandchildren.
Visitation was from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, at Queen City Funeral Home.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 15, at Queen City Funeral Home Interment followed at Queen City Cemetery under the direction of Queen City Funeral Home.
