New Mexican food restaurant opens in Linden

After several months of anticipation Uncle Juan’s Mexican Restaurant opened last week in downtown Linden.
A steady stream of customers has converged on the newly opened restaurant eager to get their Mexican food fix since El Inca’s closed earlier this year.
Owner Alex Miranda said they have been busy since they opened on Oct. 30. With a smile on his face, he is excited about the support his family run business has received from the community.
