Friend to Friend program hosted locally

The Kildare Garden Club and Cass County Extension Office of Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service teamed up to sponsor a Friend to Friend: Staying Well Together party in observance of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. 
Guest speaker Linda Howard, RN for Atlanta ISD shared information on mammograms, pap tests and guidelines for both. Howard also shared information on breast cancer in men with those in attendance. 
Approximately 40 people attended the event. The party included friends, facts, fun, food and fellowship.
