Lions Club hosts contest for pumpkin carving

Linden Lion’s Club announces its first Annual Pumpkin Carving Contest beginning Monday, Oct. 21. The Lion’s Club will have pumpkins for sale at their headquarters, 107 N. Main St., from Oct. 21 through Oct. 27, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. each night.
They will also be available each Thursday at noon during their regular meeting time. Pre-sales are available. The pumpkins will cost $5 with all proceeds benefitting the many Lions’ charities.
