Commissioners propose 3 percent tax increase

Cass County Commissioners took a record vote on Thursday for the 2014 proposed tax rate. Precinct 4 Commissioner Darrell Godwin was opposed to a proposed rollback tax rate of .534241 for the 2013 property tax rate.
