Debra Gail Stone, 60, of Douglassville, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2013 at her residence.
She was born Nov. 16, 1952, in Atlanta, to Sweet Dog Stone and Clariece Stone. She was a truck driver and a member of Forest Hill Baptist Church. She loved quilting and collecting things.
Her parents, Sweet Dog Stone and Clarice Stone and two brothers, Woody and David Stone, preceded her in death.
She is survived by three sons, Joe Tarver of Douglassville, Walter Tarver of Douglassville and Jesse Mathis and fiancé Julia Hunter of Texarkana; one daughter, Leann Lacy and husband Tony of Ore City; one brother, Neal Stone of Douglassville; one sister, Lynn Pennington of Fordyce, Ark.; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a number of other relatives.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11:30 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 10, at Hanner Funeral Service.
Graveside services will be at noon, Saturday, Aug. 10, in the Farmer Duke Kirkland Family Cemetery behind the Stone residence under the direction of Hanner Funeral Service with Bro. Kelly Brian officiating.
