City council approves $44,000 city hall renovation

Last week during a council meeting held July 8 Linden City Council looked at detailed plans presented by Alderman Sue Lazara of the proposed city hall renovation project. Lazara has been working on the project since January.
The project includes completely remodeling the interior, removing the drop ceiling and exposing the original tin ceiling. It also includes creating a break room with kitchenette, an ADA compliant restroom, the front lobby will be revamped with new flooring, light fixtures and making use of the décor already there.
