Joseph Edward Brown, 50, passed away at Thursday, June 20, 2013, at CHRISTUS St. Michael in Texarkana.
Memorial Services will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, June 27, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Atlanta with Bishop Kevin Rougeau presiding. Interment will be under the direction of Queen City Funeral Home.
