Mary Azalee Givens, 97, of Doddridge, Ark., passed away Friday, May 31, 2013, in Texarkana. 
Visitation was held from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, June 2, at the Smith Funeral Home in Stamps. Funeral Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, June 3, at Macedonia Baptist Church in Doddridge, Ark., with Dr. Randy Hawkins and Bro. George Goynes, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at Macedonia Baptist Cemetery in Doddridge, Ark., under the direction of Smith Funeral Homes of Stamps.
