Frankie Stone, of Jefferson, proudly displays his Best in Show trophy and the 1st Place plaque for the category “1955-1972.” His 1967 Chevelle Malibu was the only car to garner a perfect score Saturday in the Downtown Festival Car Show sponsored by O’Reilly’s Auto Parts.
