Wilmer Caver, 94, of Atlanta, passed away March 24, 2013, at his home.  Funeral services were held 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 27, at East Memorial Chapel in downtown Texarkana with Rev. Bill Wilson officiating. Interment  followed at Chapelwood Memorial Gardens under the direction of East Funeral Home. Online tributes may be made at www.eastfunerahomes.com.
