Ibarra impresses in the Big Apple

Another race, another top performance for Atlanta track star Chris Ibarra. 
This time around, Chris took part in the in the New Balance Indoor Nationals in New York City at the Armory Sunday, March 10.
The invitational was only available to 30 of the top high school track and field athletes across America.
