Evelyn Sabo, 84, of Queen City went to be with the Lord on Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, at her residence surrounded by family. Rosary was held 6 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 10, at the Hanner Funeral Chapel, visitation followed until 8 p.m.  Mass of Christian Burial was held 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 11, at St. Catherine’s Catholic Church with Bishop Joseph Strickland and Father Dan Gonzales officiating. Interment followed at Pine Crest Cemetery in Atlanta under the direction of Hanner Funeral Service.

ODELL RANDALL MOORE

March 21, 1924 - Feb. 8, 2013

Odell Randall Moore, 88, of Atlanta went to be with the Lord Feb. 8, 2013. He was born on March 21, 1924, in Hosston, La., and was one of fourteen children. He was a World War II veteran, who held the rank of Master Sergeant. A 1948 graduate of Northwestern State University at Natchitoches, La., he was a member of Chi Omega Chi, a national honor society in business.  He retired from United Gas Pipeline Company in 1986, after 37 years of service. He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Atlanta.
